Legal Public Notice Under Extreme Duress

To All Residents of 108 London Rd, Newmarket, ON L3Y 6A7, Canada, and/or 450 K St NW, Washington, DC 20001, including all individuals with the last name “Steven,” specifically “Matthew,” “Stacey,” and “Andrew,” as well as anyone acting on behalf of these individuals within these cities and their surrounding areas, and/or the ‘network’ of cyberstalking, intimidation, and abuse—labeled as ‘their’—connected to them:

This letter serves as a formal digital cease and desist addressed to Matthew Steven, also known as my trafficker, and his ‘network’ regarding their ongoing and egregious harassment and abuse. This includes the public posting of heavily cherry-picked, tightly-cropped, and/or edited ‘evidence’ clearly intended for false light defamation, triangulation, and stochastic terrorism. Additionally, their cyberstalking efforts appear to be deliberately ‘digging’ for another round of proxy abuse, coupled with intimidation tactics aimed at silencing my rightful defense.

The aspects of my story with this man that I share not only contradict their brazenly false claims against me but also highlight a blatant effort to craft a narrative that is so thoroughly distorted and edited that it creates an entirely new version of events—one that is nearly divorced from both the original story and reality itself.

I am the woman who was groomed and exploited by Matthew and his ‘network’ of “friends”—as he referred to them—beginning in Spring of 2015. In 2016, I was trafficked and sexually assaulted, allegedly recorded without my consent or knowledge. Their actions led to the destruction of my life, my multiple award-winning career, and the financial instability of my entire family in 2017, following numerous instances of cyberstalking, blackmail, threats to change my story ‘or else,’ sextortion, intimidation, and both public and private false light defamation. This chain of events thoroughly dismantles any claim that this was simply an ‘accident’ or a series of ‘mistakes.’

Through cyberstalking, sextortion, blackmail, false light defamation, and intimidation, I was forced into being an ‘on-call’ sexual ‘slave’ for Matthew on and off from 2015 until 2019, when I finally left after he once again falsely implied that I was a cheater and made derogatory comments about my body. Despite our last official communication in 2019, after which I departed on bad terms in hopes of triggering a modicum of empathy—a quality he clearly lacks—the cyberstalking, stochastic terrorism, proxy abuse, false light defamation, and intimidation have not ceased.

Given the extensive list of crimes, all this behavior makes sense now. Any empathy displayed was likely only “cognitive empathy” and grooming which is all highly narcissistic individuals like him and his ‘network’ of “friends” are capable of mustering. The years of horrendous abuse, intimidation, and cyberstalking have persisted on various new ‘honey pot’ decoy accounts from 2021 to 2024, further substantiating our claims.

The persistent stalking by them prior to the release of what was originally a decoy book—information he shouldn’t “technically” know about unless they are still engaged in cyberstalking, intimidation, and attempting to locate his ‘loverboy’ trafficking and exploitation victim—indicates a deliberate effort to prevent the publication of my side of the story and further substantiates our claims.

I attest that my account will be as truthful as I can make it, acknowledging the potential influence of my trauma-induced brain damage and the normal biases, cognitive distortions, and the fallacies associated with my “officially” diagnosed autism, complex PTSD, and severe dissociative disorder—now formally referred to as Dissociative Identity Disorder—which are telltale signs of trafficking and years of exploitation and abuse.

All of this correlates with their attempts to cover up substantial parts of my story, along with vital evidence, including ‘loverboy’ grooming lure texts and his refusal to acknowledge his verifiable knowledge of my marriage, polyamory, and our agreement for him to be a ‘partner’ with that disclosure in mind. This agreement was later twisted beyond comprehension and weaponized in spaces confirmed to be hubs for a ‘network’ of sex cults, trafficking, and exploitation, despite our initial meeting in a gaming subreddit to be gaming partners. I am disgusted and deeply sickened by this years-long trail of events, fueled by their misogyny and inner darkness, for which I am not responsible.

They have persistently utilized the regulated clearnet internet, cyberstalking, and other illegal means to spread a blatantly untrue infidelity narrative. None of them have made any attempt to correct this narrative, despite numerous pleas sent via direct message to his Xbox account from 2015 to 2022, messages to his LinkedIn, and even a request from a law enforcement sergeant in 2022 who assisted in fighting for my right to safety and privacy from this seemingly never-ending onslaught of destruction and intimidation.

This situation has resulted in over $1 million in damages, with no financial gain for any of these predators. There have been numerous instances of public and private humiliation and false accusations based on only 1% of his distorted story. He spreads this information deliberately, fully aware that it is heavily cherry-picked and seemingly intended to obscure the other 99%. Given all this, along with his associations with pickup artists and men's groups within the Manosphere, we have no choice but to believe that this is an organized criminal effort.

Therefore, I urge all parties involved to cease these malicious activities immediately. The ongoing abuse and harassment must stop, as they have caused irrevocable harm to my life and well-being. I expect a formal acknowledgment of this letter and a cessation of all actions that contribute to this unjust and distressing situation.

Despite the substantial passage of time, their actions have not only failed to cease but have intensified—manifesting as unwanted attention through various sock puppet accounts, false identities, and claims aimed at furthering the destruction of their false light defamation. These actions have repeatedly silenced my legal public statements on several platforms and hosting companies. This includes a request from a police sergeant in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, in 2022—directing him to cease contact and those actions or risk having his devices seized and facing criminal harassment charges. This warning was disregarded immediately after it was issued and has continued to be ignored for the past three years.

They have persistently attempted to disseminate more false narratives and intimidation—covering up a premeditated and organized group effort to annoy, harass, surveil, ruin, abuse, and damage me and my family. The only apparent motive for this relentless campaign seems to be an ego trip, as none of this behavior has been inflicted upon him—resulting in a heavily imbalanced and forced move for power and control over my personhood, mind, body, soul, and reputation.

This behavior represents a willful neglect of my right to privacy as protected by my country’s laws—as well as his county's laws against such actions—and my safety in an official government-run program designed to shield us from him, his family, his friends, and anyone else involved in this abuse. According to the laws of both Canada and the United States, a person commits the crime of cyberstalking with the intent to injure, intimidate, humiliate, and/or surveil another person—a pattern that has been sufficiently documented throughout most of 2024 thus far.

It is clear that their actions demonstrate an intent to cause us severe emotional distress, ruin, and fear. Unfortunately, law enforcement has not acted upon these actions promptly enough—which has led to our rightful legal public statement made under extreme duress for the benefit of public safety.

Detailed Account of the Years of Harassment Including But Not Limited To:

1. Continued Stalking and Intimidation:

Their cyberstalking has been overtly visible through actions such as viewing my LinkedIn profile around July 2024—while I was attempting to rebuild my life from the damages they caused. Allegedly, they used a sock puppet account under the name "Joseph" with a Newmarket location—where they are the only known individual who has consistently cyberstalked and terrorized me from that area, despite other viable methods of communication being available.

This situation forced me to close accounts again—resulting in the loss of account tenure—in order to minimize their capacity for continued access to my social circles and to reduce false defamation, triangulation, intimidation, and cyberstalking. Such actions demonstrate a lack of originality as well as a calculated effort to conceal their identity while monitoring my life—directly violating the request from the police sergeant in Newmarket, who instructed him to stop.

This request was clearly not communicated to his "friends" acting on his behalf. It is particularly disturbing that our interactions began in 2015—leading to nearly a decade of harassment, exploitation, and horrific online abuse through a carefully crafted network of decoy accounts—further proving our point. His assertion of familiarity—despite never having been any form of boyfriend or having genuinely dated me—reveals a delusional self-perception that clouds their actions. I am his 'loverboy' grooming, trafficking, and exploitation victim, nothing more. Additionally, their attempts to justify defamatory statements—such as claims of “non-consensual porn” in reporting that led to the automated removal of my legal public statements made under duress—reveal a desperate strategy to manipulate others in an effort to silence my side, which his "friends" aggressively insisted I change. Their actions are especially heinous when considering that one of my family members was violently murdered only five days after a credible threat from his “friend” in mid-2021. The ensuing cyberstalking and smear campaigns have compromised my right to privacy and provided dangerous individuals with my private information—which they have used to abuse me. This showcases a deeply troubling pattern of intimidation and defamation.

2. Failure to Communicate Openly:

His refusal to utilize legitimate communication channels, such as the contact form on my website, while engaging in cyberstalking and surveilling my public-facing accounts and search engine caches—which I cannot control—reveals a clear cowardice. Instead, they choose deceitful methods that allow them to fabricate evidence against me through false identities and other fraudulent tactics.

Historically, this creates an illusion that I have numerous victims speaking out against me, despite the fact that all of them have either blackmailed or intimidated me beforehand, have never met me in person, and have never had any intimate relationship with me. Furthermore, their narratives fall apart due to the cherry-picked and tightly-cropped nature of their "evidence" against me, which always circles back to the false relationship I had with Matthew.

This aligns with their habitual agenda to create a narrative that misrepresents our interactions and fosters a culture of deceit among his "friends," who believe I am the problem and are somehow defending his alleged victimhood, a story that has been entirely fabricated thus far. These destructive actions not only cause ruin to me but also negatively impact my family and friends.

3. Manipulation Through Third Parties:

His use of “friends,” as he refers to them, to intimidate me on his behalf is both disturbing and illustrative of a manipulative strategy designed to deflect accountability. By involving proxies in his 'loverboy' grooming, sex trafficking, and exploitation scheme, he exhibits a shocking lack of integrity, ensnaring bystanders in a web of manipulation, organized crime, and potential legal consequences—individuals who likely remain unaware of his true intentions and past offenses. This negligence demonstrates a complete disregard for the safety and reputations of those he has implicated in his machinations.

4. Psychological Impact:

The compounded effects of their relentless, years-long abuse, harassment, and destruction have significantly impacted my mental health, physical well-being, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. I now suffer from heightened anxiety and stress levels that hinder my daily existence, leaving me feeling unsafe and violated in my own life, home, and body. Their unjustified harassment has forced me to remove my entire online presence in an attempt to regain peace and security. However, the funneling of abuse and false light defamation, supported by cherry-picked, tightly-cropped, and edited evidence, that has contributed to my Complex PTSD and likely exacerbated severe dissociative disorders, has been highly enlightening, to say the least

Though I am fairly certain they won’t, I expect them to pay all damages and/or initiate arbitration or another form of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Additionally, they should dismantle any profiles with false identities created to invade their victim's privacy and cyberstalk them, and refrain from any further attempts to locate or intimidate me, my family, friends, co-workers, or anyone else associated with my life.

They are already aware of this but they are not welcome in our lives, especially given his failure to acknowledge the marriage and other crucial information they have withheld that could substantially change these false narratives. They have not matured enough to utilize straightforward communication channels to apologize, correct the false narratives that we know for a fact they have created, and offer restitution. Since our numerous warnings have not resulted in a cessation of their actions, we have no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies, including notifying law enforcement authorities in both the United States and Canada about their continued cyberstalking, "digging," and intimidation behaviors once again.

I hereby formally demand that he and his “friends” immediately cease and desist from all forms of harassment, cyberstalking, false light defamation, blackmail, sextortion, and intimidation through any means, including but not limited to third parties on your behalf and sock puppet accounts.
