This legal digital notice pertains to my continued self-defense statement, made under duress, addressing serious matters of public safety and public interest concerning nearly nine years of crimes against me and my family, which he and his network continue to carry out behind proxy services. These actions were and have been conducted on behalf of Matthew James Alexander Steven, a native of Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, currently located in Washington, D.C., by individuals he referred to as "friends" in 2015 via text when he revealed what he had done after loverboy grooming me.

I did NOT cheat with this man, and his refusal to speak out regarding this continued abuse or defend the broader truth speaks volumes.

The crimes include, but are not limited to, cyberstalking, sextortion, blackmail, illegal surveillance through spyware, intimidation, cybersmearing with edited and misrepresented "evidence," extreme years-long psychological abuse, and a sex trafficking and exploitation scheme involving gang stalking and stochastic terrorism based on lies he told these "friends," which have continued to show a blatant disregard for the broader truth and are clearly done with malice. There is no other way to look at this anymore. These crimes have been made clear and continue to emerge from his network of "friends."

Numerous income sources have been sabotaged for nearly a year following threats made by one of his "friends" in November 2023. This "friend" indicated that if I didn’t let this go, and they "find my dox," not only would I "have no peace," but they would also "disrupt the investigation." These threats were made even after the homicide, the destruction of my multiple award-winning career, and numerous instances of public and private false light defamation with edited evidence. This abuse has continued for nine years.

Since he and his "friends" are intent on spreading fraudulent lies to my loved ones and clients—individuals they only found through illegal cyberstalking, hacking, and surveillance—we're going to reveal the broader truth behind these claims and counter-expose the large parts of their false narratives that they have concealed while disseminating defamatory lies over nine years. Professionals have called this blatant psychological torture, victim intimidation, and exploitation, especially since law enforcement refuses to assist.

Due to the ongoing cyberstalking, fraudulent interference, and sabotage of multiple income-generating accounts, which assist in proving our long list of legal claims with law enforcement—particularly due to the false reasons used in their reports—this can only be seen as a continued attempt to intimidate me, his victim. Evidence supporting the claims is available at diabolidoll.com. He does not have the same claims since I've done nothing to him, but it hasn't stopped them from fraudulently creating it.

He admitted to me in a DM to invading my family’s privacy and safety in 2015 by sharing my personal information, location, and intimate images with his “friends,” who have proven to be extremely dangerous since 2016. We have credible reasons to fear for our lives. A violent homicide occurred shortly after a credible threat from his “friend” in 2021, continuing into targeted cyberstalking and public/private cybersmearing into late 2024.

They have fabricated and heavily edited evidence for intimidation and humiliation, seemingly part of a larger network of victim and witness proxy abusers from whom I cannot escape without law enforcement assistance. His actions toward me, despite my autism, and those of his so-called "friends" have included a long list of false claims against me, both public and private.

I was never in a romantic capacity with this man, despite grooming. My decision to speak out stems from the crimes committed against my family on his behalf, not due to any personal grievance. We have sufficient evidence to accuse Matthew Steven and his "friends," but I refuse to engage in frivolous lawsuits seeking damages they would never pay. I would rather speak out to disclose the parts they have been concealing, prevent more victims, and ensure public safety.

We will continue to expose this individual who traffics and abuses vulnerable women like myself and his network, as a measure of reasonable self-defense.
